Layer in store location data to identify any advantages based on average and total income by store. Create scenario which showed the comparison of all stores and also a scenario that looked at zip codes where the two companies didn’t have any overlap.
ABC Company (note: actual company names where stricken for the use case, but the data is real) disposal income per store location was 6.7% higher when analyzing all stores; however that advantage increased to 9.3% in zip codes where they didn’t have overlap in stores. ABC Company has better positioning of their stores based on the financial strength of households in close proximity to their stores.
